I would always highly recommend Lyn Palmer. She was always very fast and transparent with the products she recommended, and dealt with my in-laws with limited capacity, who had previously failed refinancing exceptionally well. Making sure to elaborate clearly every step of the way, and exhaust all avenues, and being very able in offering many different options we didn't even know were available.
