šŸ¤ Connection is so important

šŸŒ In our busy lives, we can sometimes forget the significance of connecting with others for our overall well-being, especially considering how we've increasingly embraced virtual connections over the past few years.

šŸ§‘ā€šŸ¤ā€šŸ§‘ The phrase 'in-person' has become a staple in our language, something we may not have given much thought to before. We now receive invites to meetings where we must choose between attending 'in-person' or 'virtually.'

šŸ½ļø šŸŽ I'm delighted to say that I had an 'in-person' get-together with friends the other night. We enjoyed a lovely meal followed by a great show at the theatre. The music in the show was fantastic, and I recommend it if you ever get the chance to see ā€˜Do I Love You?ā€™ by John Godber šŸŽ¶

šŸ’¼ If you want to get together with me to discuss Equity Release, I'm available either in-person, online meeting or over the phone, whichever suits you bestšŸ¤

Equity release may involve a home reversion plan or a lifetime mortgage, which is secured against your property and will reduce the value of your estate and impact funding long-term care.

Equity release requires paying off any existing mortgage. Any money released, plus accrued interest would be repaid upon death, or moving into long-term care.

ā€‹

With a lifetime mortgage, if you don't make repayments interest will roll up over time.  This will increase the size of the debt and will reduce the amount left that will be left to your beneficiaries when you're gone.
